Is there a minimum or maximum quantity/amount for us to order?
There is no minimum or maximum order requirement. However in some cases, we will notify you if your orders will exceed the maximum capacity for a one (1) delivery trip.

You only mentioned delivery, how about pick-up as an option?
We deliver products on our own to ensure their quality. Pickup is also an option open to customers.

I am a PWD/Senior Citizen, do I get a discount?
Yes, we give a 5% discount to PWDs/Senior Citizen. Just present your PWD / Senior Citizen ID once you pay for your items in-store.

Where does your products come from?
Our products come from our own manufacturing plant in Sta. Maria, Bulacan. We are the authorized supplier of Mister Donut and Tokyo Tokyo that adhere to strict manufacturing quality standards.

What are the brands of your products?
Some of our brands are unbranded and some carry the in-house brands. 

I want to be a reseller, how do I become one?

Is the chicken organic?
Yes! All items are made fresh from farm to table.

Are you Halal Certified?
We are not yet halal but our products are mostly made with chicken and our plants only process chicken.

I am an employee of Ramcar Group of Companies, do I get a discount?
Yes, we give 10% discount to Ramcar Employees. Just present your company ID upon ordering.

What are the delivery areas served by TCM Online covers and how much is delivery fee?
We deliver in all areas within Metro Manila. Our delivery rates start at Php 150 but may increase depending on location.
